Sales Order Suspense Release

SOSR Sales Order Status Customized Pane is a quick summary of Open Sales Order Header information displaying the Order Status. It allows for sequencing and sorting of Sales Order Header details by any of the listed columns. Additional functionality exists to release Orders from Suspense.
In SYSPRO a Sales Order in Suspense status is related to an order or billing that either has failed credit checking or where an order or billing has been placed on hold. Using the Order Status Query these Orders can quickly be viewed and their status updated to an Open Order. The Customized Panes behaves like a standard SYSPRO Pane and features such as formatting, sorting, sequencing, totals, export to Excel etc. are available. Sales Order Status Query uses embedded SYSPRO e.net technology ensuring that all SYSPRO standards and procedures are adhered to. |
Customized Pane Builder
This downloadable tutorial solution will easily allow you to build a Customized Pane in SYSPRO 6.1 or later. Just provide the data connection (SQL, ODBC, SRS, R/Writer) and login credentials and the pane will be built for you using standard functionality of SYSPRO tables. Advanced formatting and configuration is available in this SYSPRO AppBuilder Customized Table. It shows a concise view of Sales Orders showing any related Work-inProgress Jobs with drill-down view to Material Allocations and any related Purchase Orders. Pegging flags enable quick display of problem areas. Users with access are able to post WIP Jobs and PO Receipts in one-click functions in order to update the Sales Order Quantity to ship. This is most useful in a MTO or MTS environment where the advantages of Backflushing and Lean are required.

Delivery Performance Report
The Delivery Performance Report displays the number and percentage of 'Late Shipments' in a board level presentation format. On-time delivery is one of the KPIs that most drives company performance. Delivery Performance (DP) is a broadly used standard KPI measurement in supply chains to measure the fulfillment of a customers demand to the wish date (Customer Request Date).
Throughout the supply chain, on-time delivery is vital to the continuation of the manufacturing effort. Of all the factors that influence a customer's desire to remain loyal the greatest of all is, perhaps, consistent on-time delivery of their orders. However, today it is not enough to merely know you are on-time, it is also important to know just how much you are on-time. The Delivery Performance Report shows the number of order lines (Stocked and Non-Stocked) that are ‘shipped’ late. The data is presented in both Summary and Detailed format and grouped by Warehouse.A summary page displays the On-Time Delivery Shipments. |

This document is provided as a suggested set of steps that should be followed when running a BOM Cost Implosion program in SYSPRO. The steps outlined are typical in any SYSPRO version, however in SYSPRO 6.1 some of the steps can be configured using the Automation functions.
Each environment is different and some of the tasks require the user to make selections based on presented options such which costs to base the implosion and which costs to update etc. No recommendations are made as to the options to be selected. |
